With the almost arrival of spring, we are already thinking about outdoor patio season. ☀️ With that comes a few of our favourite things – sunshine, our favourite bubble friends and, of course, amazing wine & food!
Now is the time for fresh, vibrant, easy-drinking wines. One of our go-to’s (that happens to also be green and perfect for St. Patrick’s Day) is Vinho Verde. Hailing from the lush hills of northern Portugal, Vinho Verde is traditionally made from six little-known grapes – Alvarinho, Arinto, Azal, Avesso, Loureiro, and Trajadura. With a refreshing spritz and bright flavours of lemon, grapefruit and spring blossoms, it’s the perfect wine to pair with early-season picnics, fish tacos or just a simple spread of tortilla chips with mango salsa while dreaming you’re on a beach in Portugal. 😍
