Stretching over 52 kilometres from Vernon to Kelowna, the Okanagan Rail Trail is easily accessible and has something for everyone. Whether you’re looking for a fun family bike ride along the lake, biking to Kelowna’s beer district or perhaps launching your SUP to explore the trail by water – the options are endless.
Family Fun
Pack up your picnic (hot tip, order to-go from Invati Café or Salty Caramel Kitchen) and head out along Wood Lake to check out Ribblesworth Falls and take a few lake dips along the way.
Urban Excursion
Hit up Kelowna’s best downtown beaches and brews along this section of the trail. Enjoy the amazing patios at Vice & Virtue Brewing or Kettle River Brewing or order a beach lunch to go.
